On Tuesday, February 4, workers with Conifer Saint Michael Medical Center voted by a supermajority (of those voting) to approve the recommended offer of our Bargaining Team.

We wish to thank all of our co-workers in helping us ratify this new collective bargaining agreement. Please remember that the initial 2% wage increase and ratification bonuses will be reflected on the paycheck which is the second full pay period after yesterday’s vote.

This was a long and difficult process, and we appreciate those of you who were able to support us through the process.
