After several months of bargaining for a new contract, we have reached a tentative agreement with Ashley House Administration.
This comprehensive agreement includes:
Significant Wage Increases
Premium and Differential Increases
Higher PTO Accrual Rate
Enhanced Pull Bonus
Better Training Bonus
