Theorem Cannabis Bargaining Begins Soon!

Introducing our Union Bargaining Team! Erin Black (Shift Supervisor), Chloe Casey (Shift Supervisor), and Haily Nowak (Inventory Manager)

We’re excited to announce that negotiations for our first contract will begin soon! Our Theorem Bargaining Team brings a combined 10 years of experience at Theorem and met last week to draft contract proposals that address our shared goals and concerns. We finally received the information we needed from Theorem to finalize those proposals and are now scheduling our first negotiations dates in April. We will share those dates as soon as they’re confirmed. In the meantime, reach out to our Union Rep or a member of the Bargaining Team for opportunities to get more involved in winning our first contract.

Cannabis Growers just overcame a major hurdle on the path to equal rights under the law! House Bill 1141, which would allow Cannabis Growers to unionize, has cleared the State House. Cannabis workers who work in Grow are currently classified as agricultural workers and therefore excluded from the labor rights and protections granted to other Cannabis workers by the National Labor Relations Act. Call the legislative hotline at 800-562-6000 and tell your State Senator to support HB 1141, or sign the petition here >>
