Our Union Bargaining Team: Liam Hughes, Medical Assistant; Sunrise Women’s Clinic; Tracey Fleming, Nurse Navigator; Puyallup Women’s Clinic; Carol Krings, Medical Receptionist; Puyallup Women’s Clinic.
Following a day of vote meetings at the Puyallup, Sunrise, & Bonney Lake Women’s Center clinics on Monday, March 3, our union bargaining team are proud to announce that our agreement has been ratified UNANIMOUSLY!
NEXT STEPS:
Within fourteen (14) days, MultiCare will send all represented Women’s Center employees an experience audit form (likely via email!)
Once received, you will have thirty (30) days to fill it out with all of your relevant working experience.
Over the following thirty (30) days from there, MultiCare will notify employees of their Step placement based on the returned audit forms
Union wage scales will become effective the second full pay period after the close of the above 30-day window!
The Memorandum of Understanding specific to the Women’s Center clinics will be added to our website within the next few business days so you all have access to it, & the finalized & signed Clinics contract (the agreement you’re all joining) is expected to be signed & available for print in the near future.
