WATCH: Winning Better Grocery Store Staffing at the Bargaining Table

Last week, our union and Teamsters 38 held a webinar to discuss our proposals to ensure better staffing at grocery stores across the region.

During the meeting, our research department delivered a presentation on Kroger/Albertsons financials, showing how the companies could improve staffing across the country if only they’d invest in workers and customers.

We also dove deep into our latest proposals and laid out the path to victory.

That path includes:

  • Filling out a strike pledge card, encouraging your co-workers to do so, or becoming a strike captain

  • Joining your next CAT meeting. Contact your union steward or union representative for details.

  • Signing up for the workplace action on April 3

  • Telling your staffing horror story at nogrocerylines.org
