MultiCare Mary Bridge RN TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED!
/On the evening of Monday, February 3, our Mary Bridge RN Bargaining Team reached a FULLY RECOMMENDED TENTATIVE AGREEMENT!
This contract cycle spanned more than five months as our team dedicated themselves every session to ensure that our union contract at Mary Bridge not only meet the market on economic issues like wages, premiums, and differentials; but that it also worked to repair many of the workplace issues nurses have faced at Mary Bridge over the last few years.
Our focus on the betterment of the lives of hard-working RNs both at the hospital, and in our personal lives, has resulted in significant improvements to our contract, and we are eager to share these in full-detail at our vote meetings, for instance:
Significant wage increases! (in fact, the highest wage increases that our Bargaining Team can recall in their tenure at MultiCare.)
Guaranteed premium pay for picking up additional shifts above our FTE
Agreement that MultiCare will continue to provide free-of-cost parking at the worksite for MultiCare RNs
Incentives for Resource RNs who gain additional competencies within the hospital
Additional Bereavement Leave, Education Funds, and improvements to internal job-posting language!
To check-out our complete agreement and read more about some of the additional victories we secured, we encourage all Mary Bridge Nurses in good standing to drop-by our vote meetings and cast your ballot!
