“I'm voting yes for my union because therapies deserve equity in pay across the disciplines.” -Brenda , Speech Language Pathologist

“I'm voting for my union for fair and competitive wages, bargaining power, and better work/life balance.” - Lyssa , Registered Dietitian

“I am voting yes for transparency, competitive wages, equality between nursing case managers and Social Workers, case managers, and a work-life balance.” - Rita , Social Worker

“I'm voting yes for my union to protect our benefits and have a voice to advocate for ourselves.” - Elise , Physical Therapist

Union Election: Wednesday, February 5, 10:30am – 12:30pm and 5:45pm – 7:45pm at St Peter Hospital in the Casscade Room.

By coming together and Voting “YES” for our union, We can negotiate to win:

  • Quality raises and cost-of-living increases

  • Job security

  • A fair PTO/sick leave system that we can count on

  • Respect and transparency from Providence.

This is a secret ballot, in- person election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), an agency of the federal government. You must be present during the voting times to cast your ballot. The ballots will be counted after the conclusion of the second voting period, anyone can witness the tally.
