Ashley House Tentative Agreement Reached!

After several months of bargaining for a new contract, we have reached a tentative agreement with Ashley House Administration.
This comprehensive agreement includes:

  • Significant Wage Increases 

  • Premium and Differential Increases

  • Higher PTO Accrual Rate 

  • Enhanced Pull Bonus

  • Better Training Bonus

  • Job and Bid Posting and Awarding Clarifications
